Middle School Football Beats East Butler
Scouts Find Offense

The David City Middle School football team found its offense against East Butler racking up over 500 yards of total offense. The Scouts offense found its passing game and was running on all cylinders Tuesday against the Tigers of East Butler. The Scouts put up 36 points in the first half of play and held the Tigers to 0. Tigers got on the board in the 3rd quarter with a long run and again in the 4th with a long kick return for touchdowns, but still were no match for the Scouts. The Scouts only scored 14 second half points but still came out with the victory 50-14.
