David City brought home the runner-up trophy at the 14 team Boone Central Invite. Several top rated teams from classes A,B,C and D participated. David City had 9 medalists and 5 were in the finals. Placing in 1st place were Travis W., Chris P. and Ethan H. Placing in 2nd. place were Tanner W. and Tyler P. Placing in 3rd place was Travis T. Placing in 4th was Aaron R., placing 5th were Nathan S. and Lucas K.
Team results: Kearney 266, David City 177, Madison 151.5, O'Neill 127.5, Cozad 118.5, Neligh-Oakdale 112.5, Lexington 104, Boone Central 84.5, York 75, High Plains 69.5, Aquinas 52, Platteview 50, Elkhorn Valley 21.5 and Humphrey St. Francis 13.
