July 19. Competition begins at 8 a.m. Starting times are listed
below for each session. Meet will run ahead of schedule if
possible.

NOTE: 100
meter finals in all divisions will be at 1 p.m.
ENTRY
FEE: $23 per
entrant (Bantam and Midget athletes may enter three events; Youth,
Intermediate and Young Men/Women athletes may enter four events) if
entered by June 23. Save $2 by entering online. $5 late fee if
received between June 24 and June 30. Entry fee includes athlete
T-shirt, passes to SportFest and the Opening Ceremonies and a copy
of the Nebraska Sports Council Yearbook.
COMPETITION
FORMAT: Running
events will be held in order beginning with Bantam divisions
through Young Men/Women divisions. With the exception of the
100-meter dash, all running events will be run as finals only,
against time. The 100-meter dash will have preliminary heats, with
the eight fastest times in each division advancing to the finals.
THE MEET WILL RUN AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, IF POSSIBLE, AND ATHLETES
SHOULD REPORT AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR EVENT. Traditional
track uniforms or T-shirt or jersey, and shorts will be required.
All members of a relay team must wear the same type and color of
shirt. No school uniforms may be worn. In the horizontal jumps and
throws, each athlete will receive four attempts.
RELAY
TEAMS: All relay
teams must be formed and designated on the initial entry form.
Relay teams must use the team entry form and fill out the Team
Roster/Waiver Form. Include all entry forms for all relay team
members in one envelope. Relays count as one event. All relay team
members must be the same gender and in the same age division.
RULES: This
meet is sanctioned by USA Track & Field, and USATF rules will
apply. Maximum 1/8” spikes allowed.
