David City Wrestlers Win Conference Championship
The David City wrestling team won the S.N.C. Wrestling championship held at Thayer Central Feb. 5th. The David City wrestlers brought home 6 individual championships, one 3rd. and one 4th place. Winning championships were Steven V.(his first of the year), Tanner W, Aaron R., Derek W., Lucas K. and Jacob S. Placing 3rd. was Nathan S. and placing 4th was Michael B.
Team scoring: 181.5, Wilber Clatonia 146, Tri County 143, Thayer Central 142, Sutton 100, Milford 79, Centennial 62, Fillmore Central 50.5, South Central 50, Cross County 44, Heartland 38, Superior 22.
David City will be competing in the C-3 District @ Centennial Feb. 12 starting @ 3 pm. and Sat. Feb. 13th @ 10 am.
