Students competing in activities here at David City are required to have a physical before they may participate. They must also have a consent form signed by the student and his/her parents. For your convenience, the form may be downloaded here.  School Offices and clinics in town also have forms available.

INTERNET SAFETY

Students in the elementary are taught to use the Internet as a research tool; their access to the Internet is generally limited to web sites or online databases that teachers tell them to use. Additionally, filtering is mandatory in schools so that the risk of accessing inappropriate material is significantly reduced. (Please see the student handbook for a complete description.)  Internet safety for children is a major concern once students have full Internet access such as that which they might have at home or at friends’ homes.
