Scout Activities for the Week of Dec. 29th

On the last day of school before break, David City High School students chose to focus on what truly matters—giving back. Students made cookie and treat trays for our law enforcement officers, firefighters, and the REA staff, created goodie bags which were delivered to local businesses, caroled at nursing homes and downtown businesses, and designed holiday cards filled with special notes for nursing home residents and those receiving Meals on Wheels.

Lady Scouts pick up another home win. Only allowed 6 points in the first half and poured in 21 second quarter points. Balanced scoring night led by Sadie with 14 along with 11 apiece from Kambri and Natalia. On the road Friday at Lakeview before break!

Mark Your Calendars!

All David City Public Schools State Championship and Runner-Up Wrestling Teams prior to 2012, along with all State Champion Wrestlers and coaches prior to 2012, will be recognized on Friday, January 23rd, 2026, during the David City Wrestling Invite.

Recognition will take place during the break at the event.
