On Saturday, Esports participated in the Grand Island Northwest tournament. Valorant placed 3rd out of 11 teams. Mario Kart did well against some tough competition, but none placed. Neil and Ben made it the farthest.

The Bellwood Elementary Student Leadership Team is sponsoring a ReadBowl competition. Pre-K through 2nd grade and 3rd through 5th grade students are competing against each other to see who can read the most minutes outside of school time. Included in this post is a picture of the competition brackets thus far. We are two weeks into the competition, and Bellwood Elementary students have read a total of 16,678 minutes. That is almost 278 hours reading, and we are only halfway through the competition. Keep up the great work spending time reading!
