Due to illness the David City Middle School Girls Basketball team will not be playing a "B" game vs Lakeview on Saturday, 12-7-2024. The "A" game will start at 10:00am at the David City Elementary.
Had a great first week of Dribble Club with the DCE 6th Graders!
We are excited to open it up to 5th and 6th grade next week, and younger grades after that!
Nice conference win to start the year! Meagan led the way with 16, Kambri chipped in 10. Kamryn and Addi R did some damage on the boards, Sadie and Katilyn scored a couple big buckets off the bench, Addi K did her normal thing and played some great defense. Home on Saturday!!!

Kearney High School is sending out a shooting challenge each week of the season. Some of the girls tried it out last week. There were 156 total individuals that participated and Meagan Jahde finished 8th! Notice from the picture she was the only girl in the top 10!!

6th Grade Parents - Mark your calendar for DARE Graduation.
Student Council recently did a contest to raise funds for the Backpack program at DCHS. Thanks to all the donations we were able to deliver 33 Thanksgiving bags to the elementary. A big thank you to Student Council members who made this possible.
Thank you to all the teachers that helped our Student Council raise $375 for the backpack program. Mr. Brumm was the lucky winner to get a pie in the face.
Congrats to the Junior High girls A and B basketball teams on their hard fought victories over East Butler on Monday night. Way to go girls!
Esports Smash Bros Team 1 took 5th place and Team 2 are the Division 3 State Champions! Congrats Gerson, Jhony and Julian!
The Esports Overwatch team has taken 3rd place at State!
