Today was "Slime The Principal Day" at Bellwood Elementary. Students who missed 5 days of school or less for the entire school year earned the privilege of sliming Miss Romshek as a part of an attendance celebration.

The annual rock band concert is always a blast. Great job to both the staff band and the students for the show.

Bellwood Elementary honored another Future World Changer today. Congratulations to Jackson for receiving a positive office referral for showing great leadership skills.

Our 6th grade students from David City Elementary had an exciting morning learning all about what to expect in 7th grade! From touring the building to asking older students questions and learning about the schedule, it was a great way to ease the transition into junior high. A big thank you to Mr. Couch, Mr. Lindsley, and Mr. Fish for organizing this valuable experience for our students!

We are very excited to announce that David City Public Schools grades 7-12 will be using FinalForms to collect and track student paperwork. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic / district forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. Starting in the 25-26 school year forms will be submitted online. You will no longer receive a packet of paperwork to fill out. You will be receiving an email from Final Forms the first week of June with instructions on how to sign-up.
Due to the possibility of inclement weather, the track awards banquet has been postponed to Tuesday at 5:45 pm. The banquet will end by 6:15 pm with the rock band concert starting at 7:00 pm.
