Esports Rocket League players travelled to the NETA Conference in Omaha today to spread the word about Esports to NETA attendees and compete in a tournament with other top eastern Nebraska teams. They did well coming out of the round robin undefeated, but lost to Westside in the tournament finals, taking 2nd place.

David City hosted the DCMS Quiz Bowl Invite today. The DC A team were just edged out of 3rd place finishing with an 5-3 record. The DC B team ended the day 1-8. Thanks to our students, readers, and volunteers for a great contest! 🧠✨ #GoScouts
David City 2nd and 3rd grades teamed up with 402 Floral to spread a little kindness! The students enjoyed writing messages and drawing fun pictures on coffee sleeves in hopes to make someone's day!
National Honor Society members surprised 12 new inductees today by twisting the lyrics to a popular song springing into their classrooms to let them know they would be officially initiated into National Honor Society on March 14th! Congrats!

Our Ellie Bales was introduced as a Community Leader Team candidate for the 2024-2025 State Peer Officer Teams. The announcement was made at the Peer Education Conf. in Kearney, on Feb. 26th.
