What an incredible day of volleyball as the Lady Scouts hosted 19 teams for our Annual JV & Varsity Volleyball Team Camp!
The gyms were filled with outstanding competition, countless reps, and valuable opportunities for athletes to build chemistry, improve their skills, and prepare for the upcoming season.
A huge thank you to all of the coaches, players, officials, volunteers, and teams who participated and helped make the day such a success. We appreciate everyone who traveled to David City, and we wish all of you the best of luck this season!

A great day of volleyball in David City as the Lady Scouts hosted our Reserve Tournament! Congratulations to Howells-Dodge on capturing 1st place and Aquinas on earning 2nd place! Congratulations to Grace Krafka on an outstanding accomplishment! Grace has capped off an impressive season by earning the 2026 Nebraska High School Rodeo State Championship and has qualified for the National High School Finals Rodeo (NHSFR)!
Grace will compete against some of the best young rodeo athletes in the world at the NHSFR, held July 19–25, 2026, at the Sandhills Global Event Center in Lincoln. Known as the world's largest youth rodeo, the event will feature more than 1,700 competitors from across the United States, Canada, Australia, and Mexico.
We are proud to see Grace represent David City Public Schools and Nebraska on the national stage.
