Our Greenhand Degree Recipients were: Kambri Andel, Coleigh Kluck, Addison Rands, Sophia Slonecker, Natalia Thoendel, Sarah Wieseler, Isaac Zimmerman, Madeline Moravec, Mason Prothman, and Garrett White. Our Star Greenhand recipient was Isaac Zimmerman.

Love seeing staff members get on stage for a surprise rock band performance to end the night!
DCE 4th, 5th, and 6th graders were asked to help design a symbol for the David City Police Department to be displayed on all their police vehicles. The winning symbol was designed by 5th grader Olivia Palensky. Presenting the winning symbol is Chief of Police, Marla Schnell.

As part of our monthly random act of kindness, National Honor Society members recently collected 30,000 pop tabs which were donated to the Ronald McDonald House to assist with ensuring families have a place to stay during their visits to the hospital. #doingourpart #dcscouts

It was a great day at District Music in Columbus for our High School Scout musicians. 8 solos and small groups earned a Superior rating, and 7 earned Excellent ratings. The Band received an Excellent rating and for the second year in a row, the Choir earned a Superior!

The David City JH track team competed at the Heartland Invite on 4/11 and the David City Invite on 4/20. The girls got 4th at Heartland and 2nd at David City! The boys got 3rd at Heartland and 1st at David City! Individual results are posted below.
