Reminder: The Butler County Clinic will be offering $20.00 athletic physicals for David City Public students entering the 8th -12th grades on July 10th at 6:00pm.

REMINDER TO ALL 7TH GRADERS:
All incoming 7th graders must have a SCHOOL PHYSICAL no more than 6 months prior to school starting in August. The school physical replaces the athletic physical for 7th grade students. Also, all incoming 7th graders must have 1 dose of Tdap (must contain pertussis booster).

All Athletes planning to participate in any extracurricular activity's need to have a completed NSAA Sports Physical. (You no longer need to turn in the NSAA Consent form as it is now signed in Final Forms)

Reminder for 1st- 6th grade students planning on playing Flag Football in the fall. Sign-up forms need to be turned in to the High School office or Kory Kuhlman by Monday, Jun. 30th.

Reminder: There is no weight lifting or open gyms from June 30- July 6th for gym floor refinishing. Summer conditioning and open gyms will resume Monday, July 7th.

First year of 3 on 3 in the books! Shelby, East Butler, and Schuyler joined us on Tuesday's to play 4-5 games each night and develop skills. The last two weeks even saw some mixed teams and girls learning to play with new people. Thanks girls and coaches for a beneficial experience!!!

Shout Out to Andrew F. and Cameron H. for representing David City in the 48th Annual Sertoma 8-Man Football All-Star Classic that was played in Kearney on Saturday. The East team won 14- 8.

A lot of great things at Seward today! Jv/varsity scrimmage along with some time and situation scenarios. Always good learning experiences and fun had!!!

Parents of 7th-12th Students: You and your student should have received an email from Final Forms. Final Forms is an online forms and data management service that allows you to complete and sign school forms for your students. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. Any form that requires a doctor’s signature will need to be uploaded to Final Forms. These forms are available for pick up at the High School Office or can be viewed and printed from Final Forms. Your student will also need to confirm their account and create a password using their school email address in order to sign the handbook and waiver forms. Click on the Parent Playbook to get started in Final Forms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom-right and click “Get Help”. If you do not receive an email from Final Forms, please contact the High School office.

If your child will be in kindergarten this upcoming school year, please make sure you have his or her physical and vision exam scheduled. Once you get these completed, please feel free to drop these forms off at the elementary building where your child will be attending. We need to have this information on hand prior to the start of the school year!

Final team camp of the summer is done, crazy how fast June has gone. Most teams have twice as many girls but didn't stop these six from going 3-0!!! Only 4 points allowed in the second half game 1, a wild atmosphere with some laughs in game 2, and a lot of good offensive execution game 3. Can't wait for the upcoming season with a hard working group!!!

These girls attended camp at Tekamah Friday. 4 games and a lot of good things to take away from them. Great improvement as the day went on!!

Second team camp in the books. Crazy tough competition but the girls played 3 great games going 2-1!!! Shots were falling and a lot of fun was had like always!

FinalForms allows you to complete/ upload and sign athletic / district forms for your students. You will no longer receive a packet of forms to fill out. You will be receiving an email from Final Forms this week with instructions on how to sign-up.

First team camp in the books! Very impressed with the girls since we didn't go over things, just showed up after a long time off and played. 2-1 on the day with two good scoring games in both wins. Excited for June!!!
